LAYOUT:
After entering from the front there is a central hallway, from there the current the layout can be divided into two double bedrooms or 1 with a shower/WC space also accessed from the hallway. The large living space is to the left this can either be a combined lounge/kitchen area or an internal wall can be added to give a separate kitchen space.
Optional upgrades are available for UPVC Windows and Doors too.
