I started working at Cabins Unlimited in May 2022 as an apprentice, I am studying Level 3 Business Administration. In the business, my job is sales and customer services. From only being at cabins Unlimited 5 months I have learnt so much and everyone in the business has taken their time with me as I am still new and they have all supported me throughout the apprenticeship so far!
My job involves taking on customer enquires, sales, customer services and blogs. I like my job role becuase it really suits me as a person and has helped me develop skills such as communication, my confidence when talking to customer and much more.
The thing I like most about the business is how supportive everyone is and when you need help with anything there is always some one who will be there to help. Additionally, the business is like a family and is always understanding and will do the most to help you settle in!
My favourite part of the job is talking to new people everyday becuase everybody is different and you never know what to expect, the best part is making customer happy when the cabin, shed or lanscapping is all completed and their garden looks the best it has ever looked.
On a day to day basis I am calling customers letting them know any information they need to know, take final payments and deposits, greet all the lovely customers we have come to our Downham Market Display Site with a smile. I am still in training in sme sections fo the business for example working out Bespoke pricing for Timber Cabins buildings.
I am loving the job and couldn't ask for a better place to work!
